PHASE THREE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. In the event an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PHASE THREE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid to PHASE THREE.
